Engr. Jen Terhile T.
CEO/Chairman
Engr. Jen Terhile T. is a dynamic and highly skilled Civil and Water Resources Engineer, with strong academic credentials and diverse experience spanning structural design, site supervision, and environmental engineering. A graduate of Civil Engineering from the University of Agriculture, Makurdi, and a Master’s degree holder in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Engr. Jen is a COREN-registered engineer and a member of multiple professional bodies, including NSE, NICE, and NIWE.
With over 7 years of industry experience, he has led technical teams in projects ranging from residential construction to the structural modeling of cement factory air ducts. His expertise encompasses structural analysis using software such as ProtaStructure, SAP2000, SAFE, Tekla, and AutoCAD. Currently, he serves as the Head of Technical Department at Sinoma Nigeria Company Ltd, where he oversees structural design, project costing, and on-site implementation.
Driven by a commitment to excellence and innovation, Engr. Jen has also been involved in several federal engineering projects under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. He is fluent in English, Hausa, and Tiv, and is passionate about engineering solutions that drive sustainable development.
Engr. Isah Hamza
Vice Chairman
Engr. Isah Hamza is a highly accomplished Water Resources and Environmental Engineer with over a decade of professional experience in the planning, design, and supervision of major water infrastructure projects across Nigeria. With a strong academic foundation-including two master’s degrees and a COREN engineering license-he has consistently demonstrated technical excellence in environmental impact assessments, dam construction oversight, and watershed management.
Isah began his engineering journey at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. He also holds a Master of Environmental Management and a Postgraduate Diploma from Bayero University, Kano. His academic background is matched by practical expertise, having served in key roles at the Federal Ministry of Water Resources. There, he contributed to national projects like the preparation of strategic action plan for water resources development in the Komadugu-Yobe Basin (AfDB Assisted Project) and major dam and irrigation developments including Gashua Bali, Kafin Zaki, and Rafin Soja.
He has participated in numerous international and local workshops and trainings, including irrigation systems and water management in Pakistan and dam safety assuarance (world bank assisted) in Nigeria. Fluent in English and Hausa, Engr. Isah is passionate about sustainable development, environmental conservation, and infrastructure that meets the needs of both people and nature.
Engr. Prof T. S Ijimdiya

Prof. Thomas Stephen IJIMDIYA has earned a B. Eng. In Civil Engineering, Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering, and PhD in Geotechnical and Geo-environmental Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is a member of several professional bodies, including being a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and a Technical Committee Chairman for both the Nigerian Institute of Civil Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers. Prof. T. S. Ijimdiya is also the principal partner of Xenolith Engineering Limited.
Mrs. Ashimom S.E
Finance & Accounts Officer
Mrs. Ashimom, S. E. is a dedicated Legal Practitioner with over 11 years of experience in Corporate Law, Property Law, Criminal Law, ADR, and General Legal Practice. She holds a Master’s in Law and Corporate Governance and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Peace and Conflict Studies. Mrs. Ashimom is committed to justice, providing pro bono services to disadvantaged clients and advocating for access to justice. Her practice is client-focused and solution-oriented, emphasizing excellence and social impact. She is married with three children.
Dr. Philemon Nyorgwar

Dr. Philemon Nyorgwar is a graduate of Accounting with a Masters in Accounting & Finance and a PhD in Accounting & Finance from Benue state University, Makurdi. He has served quite a number of business and contributed to their accounting structures. Dr. Nyorgwar brings a uniqueness to the growth of Jutha Engineering Limited via his accounting skills and expertise.
